November 26, 2024

As 2025 approaches, MRPR reflects on a year of celebration and gratitude as we mark our 50th Anniversary. This milestone has given us the opportunity to look back on the many achievements and memorable moments shared with our clients and team members. The memories from the past serve as a powerful reminder of what we’ve accomplished—and what we can achieve in the future. In the latest installment of our team Q&A series, hear from our team members on what makes MRPR special.

Kellee S. Kish, Senior Accountant

Q: Can you share a memorable moment or achievement during your time with the company?

Most Memorable – In my time of need, the MRPR Family was there for me. Most people will never understand how much the contributions and donations meant to me, how co-workers reached out to help with work, delivered items to me…..I say this because this family environment means the most to me. In the end, most places can provide good wages, competitive benefits, decent working environment, BUT the Family Environment and how everyone seems to really care about each other outside of work – That is irreplaceable!

Q: What are the key areas where you believe the firm should focus its efforts in the next 10 years?

Offering data entry staff to help service clients better – separate lower rate for data entry work – I feel this will bring in more clients. Client data storage – more centralized location.

Q: What strategies do you think the firm should adopt to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving business landscape?

I think MRPR is already staying on top of this.

Q: Is there anything else you would like to share about your experiences or insights working here? I have learned so much by working here and looking forward to continuing my knowledge. I also love the fact that if you are burned out in one area, there are other areas in the firm you can try.
